Holodeck deployment - depot failure

I'm trying to deploy a new Holodeck instance. Version 9.0. I've attempted using both an Online and Offline Depot but run into an error at the same spot each time. Has anyone run into this?

For the online depot, there is a known issue. Workaround is documented here: https://vmware.github.io/Holodeck/release_notes/#workaround

Try this out and let us know if this works.
