CPU % for Cluster Utilization Dashboard

Hello,

I had a question about one of the OOTB Performance Dashboards:

When looking at the Performance Dashboards; under Provider, Cluster Utilization, I can see the CPU shows 312% (I assume utilized), but it does not seem to be the case. Is this an average metric, or how do they come to this % number?

This workload CPU metric and can exceed 100% because it is demand / usable capacity * 100. For example 6 hosts in your cluster running at 100% demand and your admission control for the cluster is  set to 50%.

The value is the highest not average and based  1 week date range.
