I have Fusion 12.5 running a virtual Windows 7 Ultimate machine.  I'm about to upgrade to an Apple Silicon computer and would like to install the newly free Fusion 13.5...can I import the older 12.5-based Windows virtual machine to 13.5?  Reinstalling that version of Windows is no longer possible because the install disk is very old (as you can imagine) and no longer readable.

(sad but true...the only reason I keep this around are the Windows games which are no longer provided in the current version of Windows.  I'm addicted to minesweeper and would like to keep my score history :)

Fusion on Apple Silicon doesn’t (and can’t) run any VM built on Intel Macs or Intel PCs. Windoes 7 only runs on Intel architectures CPUs. You won’t be able to move it to Apple Silicon.

If you want to migrate that VM to Apple Silicon, your only hope may be to look into a product that includes an Intel emulator such as UTM. No guarantees if you can convert that.VM to UTM or how well it will run if you do get it converted.
