Change FQDN of vCD Directors

Hello,

We have several Cloud Director environments. We want to move them to a different DNS domain.

We have forwarding setup between the old and the new DNS domain.

What is the easiest way to change the FQDN of the Cloud Directors ?

Do we need to deploy new Directors and phase out the old ones or can we change the FQDN on the Director ?

I think we can use the same approach of changing the /etc/hostname and /etc/hosts files on the Cloud Director appliances which will persist across reboots. Hope this helps.
