 Certificate issue failure during Convert of existing vCenter

Working to convert an existing vCenter Server (v9.0) to Management Domain. The task makes good progress installing SDDC manager and NSX Manager and fails at the step of issuing certificate. with the below error.

Unable to issue VMCA signed certificate for NSX Manager

Please advise.

The error typically points to DNS, NTP synchronization, or existing vCenter certificate issues. To troubleshoot, verify correct DNS (forward and reverse) for all components, ensure precise time synchronization, and check your vCenter's current certificate validity. Always examine SDDC Manager logs for detailed error messages to pinpoint the exact cause.
