Dear Broadcom,
I would like to download the latest version of Workstation Pro, since this is now free for commercial use and the previous method of purchase was shut down before I got to it. However my account (from which I am posting) is stuck in "account verification is pending".
There are no foreign characters in my address or name as the KB suggests I should avoid. How do I fix this? I input my address as requested, however, I cannot modify any other aspect of my profile any longer. Furthermore, I cannot "build a profile" because I don't have any of the necessary site IDs or other identifiers. I am happy to create one and have a registered corporation if that helps (although most users will likely not, if using the product for personal use).
If I attempt to contact support in any way I am SAML-redirected until I get "Okta token is missing". I have tried on a clean browser profile without my adblocking extensions in order to make sure nothing was interfering with the site.
