11.5 Pro wants access to control "System Events.app"

In short-term archive of questions arisen during during system/apps maintenance one screenshot coming from Fusion 11.5.7 installation process here. It is a pop-up with notification: "VMWare Fusion.app" wants access to control "System Events.app". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "System Events.app", and to perform actions within that app.

Has it possibly something in common with installation of kernel extensions used by Fusion 11.5.7 Pro?

Fusion requires additional security permissions from macOS in order to operate properly. This is above and beyond the need to install kernel extensions (in Fuson 11 and earlier) or system extensions (for Fusion 12 and later).

From reviewing a macOS Catalina system with Fusion 11.5 installed, it appears that the Fusion Menu Application included with Fusion is looking to enable access to control System Events. Fusion also needs access to Accessibility, and may need access to the Camera and Microphone.

How to understand practically the term "control System Events"?

As for Accessibility, Camera and Microphone these can be found in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > tab Privacy. Fusion entry not necessarily present in each under any condition. System Events is hard to find in same System Preferences dialog.
