OK, I replied to the email. I’ve quoted that reply below, for the record.
It’s somewhat of a screed (fair warning).
I see in your email no explanation, nor a polite query as to whether I
would agree to participate, just a request to provide a time and time zone
for a zoom session. Extremely rude.
Further, unlike in our chat session, your emails have addressed me by my
surname alone (no title). Coming from a stranger, it’s weird and creepy,
and again, very rude.
All this looks suspicious to me. For one thing, I can think of no good
reason you would require live video of me and not of my husband, who lives
with me at the same address, an address that both of us, separately,
provided to Broadcom in order to download Fusion.
My husband was able to download Fusion right away. I have been given
nothing but grief.
And since we have both been living here for the past 20+ years in King
County, Washington state, my residence is easily confirmed in online
property tax records — so why not ask for a scan of a current utility bill,
say? Or a voter registration card?
And from my address you should NOT have needed to ask me for a time zone.
What’s up with that?
Further, my professional history is extremely easy to track down, e.g.
via my LinkedIn profile, or even my posts to Usenet that began in 1988
(they should be on the Wayback Machine at the Internet Archive, although a
particular post I wrote in ~1991 that I’d like to reference seems to have
gone missing for some reason. But I digress).
In any case — and this is a key point — considering all the AI mischief
that’s currently being perpetrated with people’s videos, there’s no way
I’ll participate in a zoom session with some stranger. I’ve already been a
victim of identity theft. I’m not about to provide a useful tool for
someone to e.g. be able to “prove” they’re me.
I’d very much like to get to the bottom of whatever is going on here.
Explain yourself.

I'd reply to the email. It's appears to be from Broadcom Support and the caseID is in the subject. If this works like other support platforms, the case ID should get your reply forwarded to the case owner
It would not surprise me if the zoom session will be used to gather information in-person that will be used to remove whatever is blocking your downloads. The zoom session that they set up will be able to be identified as coming from Broadcom.com (I've participated in a few Broadcom Zoom sessions and the invitation shows it's being hosted by Broadcom).)

Thanks for your help Jason.
I've attached the original email to this message.
If someone could give me an email address, I'd be happy to forward it to
that person.

This email looks legit based on what I can see regarding the DKIM is a pass and broadcom.com validated also there is a mention of wolken cms so the actual email may be case related. To be sure I would forward the email to Broadcom Support to validate with Broadcom Cyber Security. Thx Jason, Platform Admin ++ thanks @Technogeezer for the flag.

Thanks so much for looking into this for me.
Here are the headers from that zoom session request email. (I don't know
what "amazonses.com" is, so I can't tell if that's a red flag or not.):
