Workstation stuck at 2.11ghz

    I am on the latest version of VMWWS.  Intel i7-14700 cpu.  80+gb RAM.

    I've disabled VBS and Hyper-V.  My VM's - task manager - show as 2.11ghz while my PC is running at 4.75-5ghz.

    Any thoughts as to why this is happening, and how do I know if the VM's are truly running at full CPU speed rather than 2.11ghz?
