    You can use the Auto Start feature available in VMware Workstation Pro to automatically power on the local virtual machines when the Windows host machine boots up.

    at the end it says: You cannot configure Auto Start for an encrypted VM. 

    So I thought until now that a Win 11 VM is always encrypted. How does this work to get autostart with a Win 11- VM ??
