Windows Guest Broadcom driver 9.8.18.1

It appears the Microsoft patch Tuesday now has a driver update 'Broadcom  9.8.18.1' for Windows guests.

Tried to find info on it (driver file name, etc).   Would someone please post a link that details what it is.

That is for Windows 2012 Servers and this update installed on our LTSC Windows 10 devices. I am unable to find the download for Windows 10 devices.

My apologies.   My post was not clear.   Yes, it is the vmci.sys driver.   I was looking for something like 'release notes'.    What does the new driver fix?  Have any new changes / features been added.?
