Windows 11 host vmx.scoreboardc.enabled=false failed to start guest

    Upgraded from 17.5.2 to 17.6 Windows 11 host.   Guest machines failed to start.   It appears the reason is the vmx file entry:

    vmx.scoreboard.enabled = "FALSE".    If I remove it, the guest starts.   Would someone from Broadcom please explain what is happening?
