@Davis Jame - you might want to consider the following:
Windows 10 ARM is not supported on Fusion nor will it run -- many have tried and failed. If you want to run Windows 10, run it on an Intel Mac (or a PC running VMware Workstation).
You're correct that "modded" versions should be approached with caution. Obtaining Windows from Microsoft provides a level of assurance that you have a supportable version of Windows (with a level of trust for what's inside).
There's no need in 2025 to refer most users to the Microsoft Windows Insider Program. The "best option" to get Windows 11 ARM is to use the "Get Windows from Microsoft" feature in Fusion. This option creates an ISO that contains the VMware network driver (which makes Windows Setup go smoothly). The next best option -- a close second -- is to download a Windows 11 ARM ISO from the Microsoft Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for ARM-based PCs site. You will need to install the VMware network driver yourself to complete Windows Setup when using this ISO. Both options give you the official GA channel build of Windows 11 ARM 24H2.
Note that in 2025 you can also register a Windows 11 ARM VM for the Insider Program from within the VM. You can then switch channels from the release channel to the other Insider Preview channels. You do need to register for the Windows Insider program and have a license for Windows in order for Windows to switch channels.
If you're looking for an ISO of a Insider Preview build, you won't find one on the Windows Insider website. Instead, you'll need to build one yourself from the UUPdump site on a Windows (physical or virtual) system. Just a heads up, this is not supported and can sometimes cause problems. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a tech-savvy sysadmin or as a last resort.
Your recommendation for "enhancing your desktop experience" appears to be an indirect promotion of a third-party music service rather than directly related to Broadcom products.

Hello Broadcom Community,
It sounds like you're ready to dive into Windows 11 ARM! To download a valid ARM ISO file without extra hassle, your best option is to visit Microsoft's official website or use their Windows Insider Program for direct downloads, ensuring authenticity and security. Running both Windows 10 and 11 ARM in Fusion is a great idea for assisting PC users effectively. While you're setting up your environment, consider enhancing your desktop experience by checking out Spotify on Desktop-it's a fantastic tool to keep your workflow smooth with some music in the background! However, for modded versions, exercise caution and prioritize official sources to avoid potential risks.
Thanks a lot!!

One other note. Don't waste your time with Windows 10 ARM.
- It's not the same as Windows 10 x64
- It's not getting a lot of attention from Microsoft (they want you to run Windows 11)
- 64-bit x64 apps won't work on it (it doesn't have the x64 translator - that's a Windows 11 only feature).
- VMware doesn't support it as a guest OS on Fusion 13
- Users have tried to get it to run have had no success.
