Older available versions of Fusion can be downloaded from the VMware downloads site. It can be a bit challenging to navigate, though.

First use the information in the article https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2088571 to determine which versions of Fusion are supported on 10.15 Catalina.

Then go to https://downloads.vmware.com and scroll down until you find  VMware Fusion under the Desktop & End-user Computing category.

Click on the Download Product link.

You'll be directed to the "Download VMware Fusion" page. Use the drop-down box to select the major version you've interested in. Hint: Minor versions such as Fusion 12.1, 12.2, and 13.5 are major versions 12, 12, and 13, respectively.

Once you've selected the desired major version, the latest minor version and update are displayed. Don't worry, that you only see the latest minor version/update - keep going from here.

Click on "Go to Downloads" next to the shown version. That will take you to a "Download product" page.

The "Download Product" page has a "Select Version" drop-down. All versions of the product for that major version should be listed. Select the desired version and it will appear in the panel. Then click the "Download Now" button to download that version

The download link is no longer live. All I can find is version 13. Do you have an updated location of the earlier versions? Thank you!

The link is indeed no longer active due to changes in Broadcom's software download policies and servers made later in 2024. The result of those decisions are that Fusion versions before 13.5.2 can no longer be downloaded from Broadcom.

You will need to search the Internet to see if there is a site that has archived old versions of Fusion. Download those old versions at your own risk as there is no guarantee that they have not been tampered with. If you decide to do so, note that Broadcom is no longer providing license keys for those old versions. They also will not fix any problems or security vulnerabilities present in those versions (and there are known security problems in those old versions that have been fixed in current releases).
