Hi Folks,
What are the key benefits and drawbacks of using cloud-based enterprise storage solutions, and how do they compare to on-premise solutions?
Please help to get the suggestions.

Off the top of my head, I would say main pros being that you don't have to pay for nor maintain a KMS to use vSphere/vSAN encryption features and are not reliant on that (e.g. should it be non-functional), cons being that it is not a full KMIP solution and doesn't provide the features of one and thus may not meet whatever compliance or interoperability is needed, also it only works with VMware products.

"can you help me to pick an enterprise storage solution between the below of two." - No, of course I cannot - that is nothing to do with vSAN and I am not a solution architect. Not to be overly harsh but in general you should not be asking nor relying on strangers on the internet for assistance in deciding possibly critical business decisions with possibly long-lasting consequences.
