VMWare Workstation 17+ upgrade issues - Download not eligible, though I have a Valid Lifetime Licence

    Hi,

    Does anyone have the latest download for VMWare Workstation?

    I've tried downloading it from Broadcom to update my existing install, though the download page says not eligible.  I have a purchased, valid, lifetime key.

    When i go to Broadcom support it says i need to login to OKTA, though this wont login, goes in some loop trying. Tried going to OKTA to login manually, still no luck, also when i go to lost password, it says "your not allowed", even though i know my password it still wont let me login.

    All i want to do is upgrade my VMWare Workstation to the latest version, why does it seem so hard to do this now?

    One other thing, i followed the link that VMWare provided to perform an upgrade:

    Download Desktop Hypervisor (Workstation and Fusion) for personal and commercial use (with entitlement)

    Still no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated

    @Rob2k,

    As per recent announcement, VMware workstation is free for all purposes, here's the link to download the same.
