is it iSCSI datastore which lost? or is it a local datastore?

Can you attach vmkernel.log from the host?

Can you check what's going on with VMFS partition on local raid using partedUtil

    VMware Knowledge Base

What's a health status of RAID in controller's BIOS? is it normal?

Have you tried to reboot the host?

Have you tried to check partedutil output against local storage?

If there is any problem, post output of 'esxli storage core device list' so I can help you to run correct partedUtil command.
