VMware vRealize Orchestrator 7.6 Error 500, OK

Hello,

I am receiving an error when I login to the vRealize Orchestrator on my vRA  appliance.  The error I am receiving is a ! 500, OK.

 

I have researched and searched through logs and cannot find what could be causing this issue.    vRA deploys vm's without issues.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, 

Take a look into your controlcenter. 

https://vro.fqdn.net:8283/vco-controlcenter/config

Check: 

- Orchestrator Cluster Management
   - If exist Cluster ->  open vami  :5480 and Check Cluster state

- Validate Configuration

- Certificates
  - remove old certs 
  - add new certs   

- Live Log Stream

If not, create a SR and send the log to your VMware Support
