VMware Tools 13.0.1 has just been released

Broadcom has just released a new version of VMware Tools.

VMware Tools 13.0.1 contains a fix for CVE-2025-41239. 

Updated packages are available for both Windows Intel and Windows ARM.

This release can be downloaded from the Broadcom support portal. Because in-product updates are no longer available, you will need to download the new version tar or zip file, decompress it, and mount the installer ISO to the virtual machine. Then run the setup wizard to upgrade .

I had caught on during downloading and also saw it in the 13.0.1 release notes - there is a 32-bit 12.4.8 in the 12.5.3 download collection.  FYI for those that still have 32-bit Windows VMs.
