    Hello,

What exactly do you wish to know?

The format of a document you can get from VMware? If so PDF

The format of a document you should get from your migration Team? Probably Word or whatever you use.

Or are you asking for the contents/table of contents you should look for in such a document? The question is a little vague I think.

    Could you clarify please?

    Hello,

Most if not all these types of documents are under NDA so we cannot share them unfortunately.

The contents should cover the entire infrastructure include specifics about the build, hardware layout, HCL websites, how hosts are configured, what was used to test it, etc. Its a soup to nuts sort of thing. Perhaps explaining why a choice was made.
