Someone from Broadcom is going to have to look at this and consult with Apple. The logs are indicating that the virtual machine monitor is crashing due to an instruction not being able to be decoded. This sounds deep in the innards of the hypervisor code.
Have you seen this when using macOS 15.1/15.1.1 as the host? If you find that things work in the released macOS versions, then Apple and Broadcom need to get together to figure out what changed in the macOS beta and who needs to fix what.

One thing I noticed - I see that the VMware SVGA driver version in your VM is earlier than mine. VMware has released a new version of VMware Tools (12.5.0) that you can download from the Broadcom software download site. Can you download and upgrade your VMware Tools version and see if things change?

Are you seeing this on released macOS 15.1? If not, I'd also report the issue to Apple as a regression in the beta over behavior from 15.1.
You may also wish to include the vmware.log file (found in the VM's bundle) from the VMs that are reporting the error.

I am encountering the error mentioned in the title on the virtual machine with the specifications I've provided below. This error occurs only once each time the VM is restarted. In other words, I do not encounter this error periodically. Below is an example of the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Log in to the MacBook.
- Launch VMware Fusion and log in to one of the Windows user accounts.
- After some time, the error appears.
When I click the "Restart" button on the error screen, I do not encounter the error again as long as the VM remains running. However, whenever the VM is shut down, I encounter this error once during the first login. I will also share the logs as an attachment.

Thanks for all!
