I'd start by looking in the software downloads section of the Broadcom support site. They've removed the personal use variants of both Fusion and Workstation. The remaining Workstation Pro 17.5.2 and 17.6.x versions (the ones that supported free personal use) seem to be "unlocked" for download by accounts not having a support contract. It still looks like earlier versions (prior to 17.5.2) can't be downloaded as they're marked as "not entitled" -- at least for my account that doesn't have any active support entitlements.
