2. If not, what are the alternative solutions ?

Hi maheswarim,

I would say, that currently the tenants are responsible for Data and Data governance.

VMware only guarantees the security of the physical infrastructure backing the solution.

The only solution that I've tested is Dathena as a third-party tool to integrate within a VMware instance.  That was for a hybrid cloud solution, but it's possible that depending on your CSP they may have some native tools that could integrate either with VMware or as a tool in the environment.
