    Hi All

    I have installed VMware Aria Operations Aggregator and would like to create custom federation_configerat with VM properties.

    I remember that on vrops is the config file like one on the print screen below but can't find it. Can you help?

    Hello, it seems you are working with the federation management pack on aria operations. The configuration for what metrics and properties are collected for federation typically resides within the Federation Management Pack adapter instances that you configure in your Aria Operations Aggregator.

    Within the "Virtual Machine" object type, you'll see lists of available metrics and properties. You'll need to select the specific VM properties you wish to federate. This is the equivalent of what you might have seen with isPropertyMetric in older vROps versions, as it dictates which properties are "activated" for collection by the federation adapter.
