ESX 3.5 Update 5
Some VMs reboot (no pattern so far) after the backup is complete. In the system event log, I see:
The previous system shutdown at 02:48:29 on 02/02/2011 was unexpected.
The last entries in the vmware.log for this VM are as follows:
