I have a SharePoint Farm with the following VMs: 2 App servers + 2 Web (FrontEnd) Servers + 1 SQL Server. I want to prepare a DR environment on another network and to use SQL mirroring and VMWare replication. Please advise if VMware replication support the installation of SharePoint 2013 farm, if not please advise about an alternative solution but also using VMware as well.

I already read the article you shared, in my case I have 3 tiers farm (App, Web, SQL) with load balancing. is it possible to replicate the same on the DR environment using VMWare?

vSphere Replication can replicate multi-tiered applications, it can replicate VMs that are behind a load balancer, it can replicate VMs running Sharepoint. Have you looked at the documentation (VMware vSphere Replication - VR FAQ: Storage and Availability Technical Documents ) for vSphere Replication? Do you have a specific question about what vSphere Replication can or can't do?
