    hi experts

    My end-user got message Virtual machine vSphere Replication RPO is violated by 1 minute(s), they claimed this message cause the server hang.

    is there any experiences or other-thought about it?

    Not an experience, more of a thought.

    If your replication is a bit too slow because of some component between your main and recovery site, the VM might be quiesced to meet the RPO.
    You may want to increase your RPO to allow for the delay in replication or disable quiescing (cheap workaround).

    i mean, my user got this message on their vm guest.  they are still claiming this message is shown evident cause their server hung.

    They may be right.

    Is it recurrent? If yes, have you tried disabling replication for this VM to see if if keeps happening?

    Have you tried increasing your RPO? (if possible)
