    I am running an i7-14700 host machine with ~80gb RAM, windows 11, with VMWare 17.6.3.  VMWARE tools has been upgraded.

    My host OS runs at around 4.75-5ghz, but all my client VM's are stuck at showing 2.11ghz in Task Manager.

    I also feel like those VMware machines are not running at full speed either.
