Virtual Machine Fault summary error

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded our environment to 8.x versions, when we are planning to deploy a new VM - Guest OS Windows 11, we are receiving a error saying.

RuntimeFault.Summary

please provide me your suggestions to fix this.

Please make sure your VM uses hardware version is compatible with WIndows 11 and vSphere 8.x. Maybe try using VM Hardware version 20 or higher and also verify that 'Guest OS type' is explicitly configured as Windows 11 (64-bit). If none of these helps, we might need to dig deeper into the logs on the vCenter to find the cause behind the RuntimeFault.Summary error.
