  • 1.  vCenter 6.5 running on windows to VCSA 6.5 appliance migration

    Hi Experts,

    I have a vcenter server 6.5 which hosted on windows platform and there is no update manager on it.

    Am planning to install update manager on the same, but i read that update manager is in built in vcsa 6.5 appliance. If am migrate vcenter 6.5 to vcsa 6.5 appliance, update manager will automatically configured on vcsa appliance? please advice.

    You cannot migrate from a Windows 6.5 to vCSA 6.5. You can however upgrade to 6.7 on the appliance.
