    Unable to open a new case.

    Step 1: Open the URL : https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/contact-support

    Step 2: click on the button to open new case

    Please help on how to open a new case.

    This whole Broadcom website is a h***. I cannot access my VMWare Workstation download that I payed for, opeing a ticket seems to be impossible, I'm getting directed to all kind of crappy knowledgebase articles, etc. They just seem to not want their customers anymore.

    Hi, I believe this error message applies because you do not have a Site ID with an active contract linked to your account. From my point of view, the Broadcom website is truly bad to work with.

    I am also facing same issue. At least they don't give support email ID.

    I have the same issue, I have no SITE ID, no support, same error.

    Someone solved it?

    I tried it, and in my case, it doesn't give an error. Does it happen to you even in private mode?
