Unable to download WS-Pro, loop on screening required

Hello,

Created new account, tried to download WS-Pro, got download button that said screening required.

Clicked button, entered address on next page, see success message that screening verified and led back to download page that has button.

Clicking button again leads to address page.

What seems to be the issue?

I'm having the same issue with multiple products, tried chat assistant without success, created a thread here also, but haven't got a reply.

Last options is to file a support request :-(

I found that if you click the hyperlink to read T&C's then go back to the page, the tick box to accept T&C's is available. Tick that to get through first pass. You then add further validation e.g address etc. Personal deets. Then you end up in the same portal, same problem. Look at the T&C's again, repeat step one. You not get offered a no conditions HTTPS DL link. Click that and you will get a DL working.

Seems like a really awful interface to me.

I don't know what their problem is. Errors which are spotted in 5 minutes and affect thousands, or more, people are not corrected.

Somehow this is typical in software business, in many cases. I have watched this over 30 years and people with serious problems in logic, writing and reading are being used in those USA software companies.
