Same problem for me. The download page for VMWare Workstation Pro states that I am not entitled, I do not have a Site ID to build my profile, I cannot create a support case. I tried calling, but the operator asked me for a client or customer ID, which I do not have. All I have is a licence key. He asked me for it, but either couldn't find it in the databases or didn't manage to understand it properly.

Hi.
Apologies for spamming this community but I am a paid user of Workstation 17 (pre-broadcom) and am trying to upgrade. I have an account but if I try to download the non-personal-use version I get told I have no entitlement. If I try to download the personal use version I get "Account verification is pending. Please try after some time".
If I try to create a support case I get get thrown into an authentication loop between broadcom and an external site.
If I use the support chatbot I get locked in a canned knowledgebase response loop. If I try to speak to a live agent I get asked for my Site ID. I do not know what this is so click the link to find it - this leads to "The page you requested is under maintainence".
Is there any path to upgrading my Workstation 17 install?
