    Hi Jarrox,

    Welcome to communities!

Skyline Collector uploads encrypted product usage data to VMware over the Internet. If required by your organization, an HTTP proxy server can be configured between Skyline Collector and the Internet.

Below is the External Network Connectivity Requirements

Machine                                           Connection To                                       Connection Type                       Protocol                Port

    VMware Skyline Collector           vcsa.vmware.com                                         HTTPS                                    TCP/IP                 443

    VMware Skyline Collector           vapp-updates.vmware.com                         HTTPS                                    TCP/IP                 443

Kindly confirm if we are able to reach the about 2 URLs from Skyline collector and if the required ports are open. If we need to use proxy server,  kindly enable proxy.

    Hi Jarrox,

    Best regards,

    Chris

This was this issue, but I do not believe they disabled it just maybe excluded the IP.
