SMTP integration from Aria Operation error

i face this issue with the SMTP integration from Aria Operation, i did the following
configuration, but I still got this error:

SMTP Host: mail-server-dns-name (e.g.. mail.domain.com)
SMTP Port: 587
Secure Connection Type: not selected
Sender Email Address: sender-email (e.g.. [e-mail])
Sender Name: name
Credential type: basic authentication
Credential:

• user name: sender-email (e.g.. [e-mail])
• Password: sender-email password

Receiver Email Address: receiver-email (e.g.. [e-mail])

·       I used the curl command to check port 587 connectivity  (it is open).
·       I have cluster deployment for Aria operations, and I checked the port connectivity from all the nodes.
·       The authentication (email and password are correct) I used the same email and password successfully to integrate Aria  Automation with the SMTP Server.
·       the SMTP Server does not use SSL encryption
