Serial PCIe card (RS-232 and RS-422) pass-through to VMs.

I have a Serial PCIe card (a StarTech PEX4S232485) that I want to install on my DELL PowerEdge XR12 running ESX 7.0.

This card has 4 ports; 2 x RS-232 and 2 x RS-422/RS-485. 

I'm assuming that I can pass-through the RS-232 ports to any of my VMs without any issue, but can anyone tell me if ESXi 7.0 supports the RS-422/RS-485 ports for pass-through?

Know that this PCIe cards is not compatible for the ESXi as there are not suitable driver for it on ESXi 7, maybe there are for older versions. However, if what you need is passthrough to the VMs, you can do it with DirectPathIO
