    Hello everyone!

    I am facing an issue that right-clicking mouse on a host desktop is opening vmware as well as clicking windows key opening vmware. It's happening while the guest is powered on. How can I solve this issue? Updating vmware tools didn't help.

    I am using vmware workstation 17 pro (17.6.2 build-24409262)

    Host OS is Windows 11  pro (up-to-date)

    Guest OS is Kali linux 2024.4

    I don't know, but maybe take the USB-connection away from the virtual machine, Kali in your case.

    You don't need it anyway ... a much longer story why transferring files directly from host usb devices is usually a bad idea or a very bad idea.
