    Yes, folks... It's time for another revision to the Companion Guide to keep it up-to-date and useful.  You can find this latest revision of the Companion Guide here.

    Lots of changes occurred over the last month --  a couple of new Linux distro releases and a new release of Windows 11 (24H2). 

    Thanks to all of you for the discussions in the Fusion Community. It's helped drive the updates and additions to the document. 

    Here's what's changed in Revision 30:

    • Added a chapter for the installation of Parrot OS.
    • Updated for the release of Windows 11 ARM 24H2. 
    • Updated for the release of Fedora 41. 
    • Updated for the release of Ubuntu 24.10. 
    • Added information about a new utility to add the vmxnet3 VMware network driver to "generic" Windows 11 ARM ISOs not created by Fusion's "Get Windows from Microsoft" feature. 
    • Added a topic about issues with Windows 11 ARM 24H2 in Fusion 13.6.0 and earlier. 
    • Added a topic on resetting the TPM to work around issues when enabling BitLocker encryption in a Windows VM. 
    • Added information for VMware Tools 12.5.0.
