Recurring issues with VMware exam on Pearson VUE and Adistec – Need help or similar experiences

    Hello everyone,

I am facing a serious and frustrating issue with the VMware vSphere 8.x Professional certification exam (2V0-21.23). I purchased the official course and exam through Adistec Chile, and since then I have experienced unexpected blocks on the Pearson VUE platform that prevent me from taking the exam on the scheduled dates.

This is the second block I have suffered, with no clear explanation or evidence justifying the restriction. I have tried to communicate with both Adistec and Pearson VUE, but their responses have been insufficient, and Adistec denies responsibility for the problem. I have even filed a complaint with SERNAC, but I need to solve this soon because the exam date is approaching and I have invested a lot of time and money.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation or knows how I can resolve this block? Do you know of alternative channels or effective contacts to communicate with Pearson VUE or Adistec? Or recommendations on actions to take to get allowed to take the exam or get a refund?

I really appreciate any help, advice, or experiences you can share. This is a key step in my career and I need support to overcome it.

Thank you very much in advance.

You might want to post this question in the vSphere forum as that's where you'll find more people that may have gone through the vSphere certification. This forum is focused on the VMware Fusion desktop hypervisor

My thoughts are that you'll have to work with Pearson VUE to find out why they are "blocking you". They are the platform  that delivesr the exam.  I'd also make sure that you are meeting their system prerequisites https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/broadcom/onvue.html - for example not running in a VM, not using a VPN.

I'll ask that an admin move this to the vSphere forum where you might get a better answer or recommendations.
