OSR download not working

I installed Skyline about 2 months ago and tried to download my first OSR and received the Whitelabel error that has been talked about so much.

I have found that though you have installed Skyline Collector however you have failed to register vCenter Server as an Endpoint. We would request you to please Add a vCenter Server by following the steps from Guide  VMware Skyline Collector 1.3 Installation and Configuration Guide

Sample Illustration for Adding a vCenter Server as an endpoint :

Option 1 ) Using IP address of vCenter & PSC [ Use Option 2 if you receive an error ]

Option 2 ) Using FQDN of vCenter & PSC

Please create the Read-only User and ensure that you can log in to vCenter web client using Read-only User account.  ( Optional If you have already had a Read-only User Account)

I added two vCenters the day I installed the Skyline appliance.

I cannot verify this I am unable to login to the appliance's web interface. I enter my admin credentials and click the log in button and nothing happens.

I am able to login to the VAMI interface with the root password. These pages hang occasionally and the Update tab is does not load.

I've rebooted the appliance through a console session, nothing has changed.

I've tried from Firefox, and Chrome on a Mac, and IE on a PC.

I looked at the /var/log/skyline/collector.log and found that it was collecting and uploading to vcsa.vmware.com as recently as 7/3.  Then there are some events stating that it cannot find the vCenters and that they are being removed (vCenter hostnames changed):

systemctl reports that the health-collector.service is failed, and the ccd-collector.service as activating and auto-restart

What happened to my Skyline appliance?

Closing the loop on this one. 
The skyline appliance was messed up.  I was told it is easier to re-deploy rather than troubleshoot.

I redeployed and within a few hours data was flowing to vmware for all four of my vCenter appliances.
