I got an email from a company called "Omnissa" apparently advertising for some upcoming event.
I had no idea how I got on the mailing list until I checked and saw that this is likely the 'new' end-user VMware. See Introducing Omnissa, the former VMware End-User Computing business
Sigh. I had totally forgotten that the end-user stuff was planned to be taken over by a venture capital firm. (What could go wrong??)
I can't wait to see how much further Workstation support (at least for individual users) goes down the toilet...
