Issues with Broadcom account and web site access are best discussed in the Broadcom Customer Care community forum.
Which version of Fusion are you trying to download? Anything older than Fusion 13.5.2 probably can't be downloaded if you have a basic account (basic accounts are the ones you get if you're not a corporate customer with a support contract). I just tried to download older versions and got the "not authorized" response when hovering the mouse over the download icon. .Fusion 13.5.2 and later can be downloaded.
Also note that basic accounts can't open support cases. However, you should be able to call Broadcom Support and follow the prompts to open a case for web site access issues. I'd do that to see if there's something in your new account that's keeping you from downloading Fusion 17.5.2 and later.

Subject: No Support
Hello, I am wonder that VMware company changed to broadcom and my account that worked about 6 years not available more (not possible to login).
I created new account and try to download Fusion and Player, that I already purchased few years ago. As I see now it is free.
Problem that I can't download it from section "Downloads", mouse pointer when I try to click on download button , it not allow me to click on it.
I try to contact support, but when I redirecting to support portal, I see error message
So my question is to support team - what should I do to download files?
Thank you in advance
