We'll need more information to help get to the bottom of what you're seeing:
- Fusion version
- macOS version
- Model of Mac you're running
- Version of Windows (with build number)
- NAT or bridged networking?
- does Windows see a network adapter?
- In the VM, does running "ipconfig" report a IP address, gateway, and DNS server?
- Can you ping the gateway from within the VM?
You might want to attach the vmware.log file for this VM (found in the VM's bundle folder)
