nested vm's network issue

first of all

im not a native

so, sorry if i made misunderstand

btw i got a question

 

i made Nested ESXi and i made Windows server and windows 10 inside the Nested ESXi

but the thing is this windows automatically get ip like 169.x.x.x and doesn't work

also windows 10 too

 

and i checked 'Promiscuous mode'(i did)

also i changed VLAN ID - 4095 too but still

if anyone hv knowledge about this environment plz let me know 

how to figure. thank you

You need to set Promiscuous mode and Forged transmits to Accept on the dvportgroup where your nested ESXi VM is connected too - so in the base virtual switch

i mean this issue's from lately cuz i made before

but i use vCenter 7.0.2 and doesn't work

so i ask is this something changed about vCenter patch lately?
