Still unable to figure this out...
I launch Fusion Professional Version 13.6.3 (24585314) under macOS 13.7.5 (22H527). I create a new VM by dragging the macOS 10.12 ISO (macOS Sierra 10.12.6_16G29.iso) onto the "Select the Installation Method" dialog. The installer boots up to this:
No matter what I try, I cannot control the cursor, nor use the arrow keys, nor return - no keyboard/mouse input is getting through to the VM.
Any ideas most appreciated.

Thank you for your reply - much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the KB article applies only to macOS 10.13 and up - and I'm trying to install 10.12.
I already tried the USB 2.0 setting, which didn't help.
Still stumped...

This is the official KB for this - https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/343078/usb-device-not-detected-by-the-virtual-m.html
I recall going into the guests settings>usb>advanced for Yosemite and setting the USB compatibility to 2.0 you might try that also.

Fusion 13.6.3 running under macOS 13.7.5.
The VM loads the ISO, but then I can't get any mouse or keyboard response on the first splash page, the one that asks what language I want to use.
Any ideas most appreciated.
Thanks.
