Subject: Maximum Allowable Memory Windows 11 x64 ARM Virtual Machine limited to 48 GB RAM
Looking at the Fusion 13.6.2 release notes, there's no indication of the problems that were fixed in the release, including this one.
It's entirely possible that the issue has not been addressed. It's impossible to tell without testing because Broadcom (like Apple) doesn't seem to want to tell us what they fixed in a release other than security issues.
(Please, Broadcom, do your customers a favor and expand the release notes to include all bugs that have been fixed and changes to the product. The release notes are very, very weak.)
Is there anyone from Broadcom out there that can comment @Prajakta Malla is there any update on the issue?

Subject: Maximum Allowable Memory Windows 11 x64 ARM Virtual Machine limited to 48 GB RAM
My host system (macOS Sequoia 15.2) has 128 GB of available memory. If I try to allot more than 48 GB of RAM to my Windows 11 x64 ARM virtual machine in VMware Fusion 13.6.2 I receive an error message : "Transport (VMDB) error-14: Pipe connection has been broken".
Is there any way I can allocate more memory to my guest system or is 48 GB of RAM the maximum allowable setting?
I reported this issue in a previous thread but was unable to update that discussion so I've started a new one.
Technogeezer has already replied that According to the Fusion documentation,, Fusion is supposed to be able to support 128GB of VM memory.
Prajakta Malla of the Broadcom Engineering Team responded that this issue was being looked into, so I was hoping it would have been resolved in 13.6.2
