    Howdy,

I've got two physical Nvidia GPUs on my Windows desktop. I am running many Windows VMs with 3D Acceleration, which uses in total ~40% capacity of my 1st physical GPU. I've been trying to assign VMWare VMs to use my 2nd physical GPU instead - such that my first GPU remains completely free for other activities.

I have used the Nvidia Control Panel to assign "CUDA GPUs" and / "OpenGL Rendering" to the 2nd GPU for a few of VMWare Workstation processes, such as:

    • vmware-vmx.exe
    • mksSandbox.exe
    • tmp2emu.exe
    • vmplayer.exe

And yet, VMWare still loads up my 1st GPU.

Have you guys got any idea on how to achieve this? Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Can you post your vmware.log+mksSandbox.log from booting a VM to desktop?
