    This is displayed when installing ESXI on VMware WorkstationPro16.

    ESXI versions 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 could not be implemented as well.
    Steps to create: 
    1) Create a new virtual machine
    2) Custom (C) Advanced
    3) Installer disk image file (iso): ESXI:6.5ISO file from the reference
    Enter the name of the virtual machine,
    4) Enter the name of the virtual machine. 5) Location: C:¥User¥Username¥Documents¥Virtual Machines
    5) Number of processors: 2
    Number of cores per processor: 1
    6) Virtual machine memory: 4096 MB
    7) Network Connection: Use NAT
    8)I/O controller type: Paravirtualized SCSI
    9)Virtual disk type: SCSI
    10) Create a new virtual disk
    11) Maximum disk size: 40GB, virtual disk is stored as a single disk
    12)Completion
    13)Click the Enter button.
    14)Drop F11 on the EULA screen.
    15)logs are stored on non-persistent storage. consult product documentation to configure a syslog serve message is displayed, and installation cannot be done.

    I'm not good at English, so please understand that this may be difficult to read.

    check this out and save the logs to a persistent storage. do you have localdisks attached?

    In addition make sure you create a folder for each esxi host and don't dump all the logs in the same place.
