    In one of the Host Local disk appearing as Local HP Enclosure SVC Dev and showing type as Enclosure & capacity "0". Checked from ILO everything look good from Hardware side.

    The disk has been added to vSAN and this disk not getting added due to disk type : enclosure .

    Hi peerbasha,

    What you are seeing is no error: Check my PrintScreen:

    The enclosure you are seeing is the HBA Part, where it shows you the HBA Ports, in my case I do have 2, with a total of 24 Disks that can be hold

    When you check the Disk in USE in the diskgroups, you will not finde those and this is a normal behaivor.
