As you add additional hosts to a VMware Cloud Foundation system deployed on a consolidated architecture, you can migrate to the standard architecture by creating a VI workload domain and moving the customer workload VMs from the compute resource pool to the newly-created VI
    workload domain.
    Attaching the document for reference.

Thank you very much Mohd. So it is not necessary to create a new Greenfield to change the architecture, I can add nodes
and create the workDomains that I would need to separate loads.
    Thank you very much.

Guille, you need to add (comissioning 3 o 4 new HOST) into the SDDC Manager --> Create a new Workload Domain, Add the new Hosts --> Move the Resources from the MGMT Domain to the Workload Domain :)

this will install a new vCenter Server + 3 NSX Managers dedicated for the New Workload Domain --> with this operation you create a separate infra into the same SDDC Manager, with Workload Domains, the next Host you can create another Workload domain :)

    That's it
